RECOMMENDATION

(1)  Receive a legislative update and consider action on specific legislation related to Shasta County’s legislative platform; (2) approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a letter which supports Assembly Bill 1120 (Cooper), Controlled Substances: Butane; and (3) receive Supervisors’ reports on countywide issues.
