Approve a revision to the Health Officer Classification Specification, effective June 20, 2023. |
| | | | | | | | DISCUSSION
Shasta County has been without a Health Officer since May of 2022. The Support Services – Personnel Unit has had multiple failed recruitments and has been unsuccessful in efforts to recruit a qualified Health Officer.
This action, if approved, would revise the classification specification to clarify minimum requirements of the position, in an effort to broaden the applicant pool. |
