Approve the minutes of the meeting held on November 1, 2016 as submitted.

DISCUSSION

According to Government Code section 25101(b), the Clerk of the Board shall keep and enter in the minute book of the board a full and complete record of the proceedings of the board at all regular and special meetings. 

The Clerk of the Board has prepared draft minutes of the meeting of the Shasta County Board of Supervisors held on November 1, 2016.  Pursuant to Government Code section 25103, the Clerk of the Board requests approval of the minutes by the Board of Supervisors.

ALTERNATIVES

The Board may request amendments to the minutes before approval.

None.

There is no General Fund impact associated with the recommendation.
