Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a letter to Governor Gavin Newsom regarding a regional approach to the first phase of recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. |

At their regular meeting of April 21, 2020, the Board of Supervisors discussed sending such a letter to Governor Newsom and directed staff to prepare a future agenda item. |
