RECOMMENDATIONTake the following actions: (1) Appoint Supervisor Les Baugh as the Member and Supervisor Mary Rickert as the Alternate to the Golden State Finance Authority (GSFA) Board of Directors for 2018; and (2) approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the designation form for the GSFA.
