Approve a budget amendment increasing appropriations and revenue by $7,930 in the Oak Tree Lane Permanent Road Division Administration budget for operations. |

A budget is proposed for a new Permanent Road Division PRD. |
| | | | | | | | DISCUSSION
On July 25, 2017, the Board activated the Oak Tree Lane PRD. Annual parcel charges will total $7,930. The PRD was activated after the Fiscal Year 2017/18 budget was approved. A budget amendment is proposed to set up a budget unit for the new PRD. |

The Board may decline to approve the budget amendment. There will be no budget authority for the PRD to operate in Fiscal Year 2017/18. |

The Auditor-Controller reviewed the recommendation. The County Administrative Office has reviewed this recommendation. |

All PRD appropriations are supported through assessments. There is no General Fund impact. |
