Approve a budget amendment increasing appropriations and revenue by $4,944 in the Beagle Street Permanent Road Division Administration budget for operations. |

A budget is proposed for a new Permanent Road Division (PRD). |
| | | | | | | | DISCUSSION
On April 11, 2017, the Board formed the Beagle Street PRD. Annual parcel charges will total $4,944. The PRD was formed after the overall Fiscal Year 2017/18 budget was drafted. A budget amendment is proposed to set up a budget unit for the new PRD. |

The Board may decline to approve the budget amendment. There will be no budget authority for the PRD to operate in Fiscal Year 2017/18. |

The Auditor-Controller has reviewed the recommendation. The County Administrative Office has reviewed this recommendation. |

All PRD appropriations are supported through assessments. There is no General Fund impact. |
