On behalf of County Service Area (CSA) No. 2-Sugarloaf Water, approve and authorize the Public Works Director to sign a Notice of Completion for the “CSA No. 2-Sugarloaf Water Wellhead Improvements Project,” (Contract No. 610472) effective September 27, 2017. |

The CSA #2-Sugarloaf Water Wellhead Improvements Project is complete. |
| | | | | | | | DISCUSSION
On June 6, 2017, TICO Construction was awarded a contract for the CSA #2-Sugarloaf Water Wellhead Improvements Project. The project constructed a well house building, water filtration and chlorination equipment. The work was completed on September 27, 2017. |
| | | | | | | | ALTERNATIVES
The Board may decline to file a Notice of Completion. The lien period would extend for 90 days instead of 30 days. Final payment to the contractor would be delayed by 60 days. |

The County Administrative Office has reviewed this recommendation. |
| | | | | | | | FINANCING
The total cost of this project is estimated to be $155,000. Adequate funds are included in the Adopted FY 2017/18 CSA budget. The project is 100% grant funded. There is no General Fund impact. |
