| | | | | | | | DISCUSSION
On June 6, 2017, Shasta County Board of Supervisors approved PC Redding Apartments Limited Partnership agreement for The Woodlands project, located at 2950 Polk Street, Redding, CA which consists of 55 multi-family affordable housing units of which 35 will be for the general population, a manager’s unit, and 19 units shall be set aside for County consumers certified to be eligible for Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) supportive permanent housing units through County’s participation in the MHSA Permanent Supportive Housing Program. Affordable housing, with necessary social and supportive services, has proven effective in assisting individuals in their recovery from chronic mental illness.
The purpose of this amendment is to permit County to install telecommunications and related equipment to be used in the office space used by the County at The Woodlands.
