Tract No. 1986, Phase 2, Laurel Glen Estates, is in the west Redding area. The developer (Signature Northwest) constructed local roads and an Emergency Fire Escape Road. They posted a one-year maintenance security for the work. The road improvements have been in service for a year now. A few minor problems were identified and have been repaired. Staff recommends release of the security.
