DISCUSSIONThe Fall River Valley Community Services District (“CSD”) provides water service to the Fall River Mills Airport (“Airport”) property and surrounding community. The Airport uses water for fire suppression and domestic uses. The CSD proposes to extend service along the southerly Airport boundary to tie into their existing line in Old Reynolds Road. Such a loop would improve water flows and quality. Several available lease spaces adjoin the proposed alignment and would be able to directly connect to the new line.

OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENTCounty Counsel has approved the easement deed as to form. Risk Management has reviewed and approved the easement deed. The recommendation has been reviewed by the County Administrative Office.
