Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a retroactive renewal agreement with Guy Rents, Inc. d.b.a. Rental Guys in an amount not to exceed $3,096 for the rental of two storage containers for the period December 30, 2016 through December 29, 2017. |
| | | | | | | | DISCUSSION
In December 2014, the Sheriff’s Office entered into an agreement with Guy Rents Inc. d.b.a. Rental Guys for the usage of two storage containers. Renewing the agreement will allow the Sheriff’s Office to continue to utilize these storage containers. The renewal agreement is retroactive because County Counsel recommended additional changes from the previous agreement requiring additional review by the vendor, adding a time daily to the current agreement. |

County Counsel approved the agreement as to form. Risk Management reviewed and approved this agreement. The County Administrative Office has reviewed this recommendation. |

Appropriations for this agreement are included in the Sheriff's Fiscal Year 2016-17 Adopted Budget. There is no additional General Fund Impact with the approval of this renewal agreement. |
