According to Government Code section 25101(b), the Clerk of the Board shall keep and enter in the minute book of the board a full and complete record of the proceedings of the board at all regular and special meetings.
The Clerk of the Board has prepared draft minutes of the meeting of the Shasta County Board of Supervisors held on November 15, 2016. Pursuant to Government Code section 25103, the Clerk of the Board requests approval of the minutes by the Board of Supervisors. |
